HOUSE WINES
House Whites

A light silver colour, an apple and peach bouquet a crisp and vivacious palate. A delightful wine to the finish.
2. Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Piedra Luna, Argentina
The Chenin Blanc Riesling is a first from Argentina. Innovative, offering the same tang and zip of the Chenin Blanc, with a little more residual sweetness. A super, new world option, for a medium crisp white wine.
House Red
3. Merlot, Linteo, Italy
The dark ruby colour reveals a young fruity wine with a bouquet of raspberries. Medium bodied and fresh, it has pleasing good firmness to the fruity filled palate.

Light, strawberry, violet aromas, easy going fruit with a zesty twang.

Silver gold, hint of pineapple and melon with an appealing zesty finish.
8. Pinot Grigio, Renana Alta, Sachetto, Italy
A stunning wine, clear and bright with a direct impact of exotic fruit on the nose. Soft and full of crisp apple fruit on the palate.
9. Sauvignom Blanc, Premium Tarapaca, Chile
Clear silver colour with green shadows, grassy perfume, natural pineapple nose and good body. This gentle dry white is delightful leaving the palate clean and satisfying.
10. Oak Leaf, Midnight Chardonnay, Victoria, Australia
A brilliant white gold, the bouquet displays an exotic fruit of papaya and little mangoes. The palate is overtaken with citrus blossom and white nectarines. Full bodied.

Light silvery colour, intense fruit of gooseberries and grapefruit. Dry with an extending taste, retains good cleanness and youth.
RED WINES
15. Merlot, Los Sarmientos, Chile
This Merlot has aromas of blackberries, violets and raspberries. Ripe plum and current flavours are overlaid with touches of coffee and chocolate. Well balanced with a rich finish.
16. Pinotage Premium, Kirabo, Worcester, South Africa
Dark colour, instantly revealing, fresh aromas of dark plums and dry raisins. Substantial with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
17. Cabernet Sauvignon, Premium Tarapaca, Chile
Dark ruby colour, blackcurrants spread over the glass, full bodied with a soft lengthy taste of wild cassis, enjoyable finish.
18. Primitivo, Flaio, Puglia, Italy
The Primitivo is the Italian forefather of California's famous Zinfandel, this is a delicious, dark red, voluptuous wine with a long elegant finish and a clean fruit filled nose. A must!
19. Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Hawks Hill, New South Wales, Australia
Dark red colour, aromas of cassis and brambles, medium body, soft to the palate, with plenty of residual fruit.
20. Rioja Tempranillo (new oak), Biurko Gorri, Spain
This semi-crianza is highly praised by Robert Parker. Deep cherry colour, intense aroma of black fruit, forest leaves, full bodied with sophisticated round tannins, soft with a long and oak finish of vanilla roasted nut.
21. Rioja Crianza, Vinedos Eguiluz, Abalos, Spain
Cherry colour with purplish tones, very brilliant, floral note expressing chocolate and vanilla oak. Full bodied with a strong flavour, comparable almost to Reserva.
22. Pepper Black Shiraz Leaf Series, Victoria, Australia
Deep black colour, Huge bouquet with little fruits. Ripe plums, blackberries on a vanilla pepper underlay. The palate is full flavoured, chocolate, black figs with a dazzling finish of liquorice and spice.
23. Chateau Haut Fonrazade, Grand Cru, St. Emilion
A fabulous vintage to enjoy. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes fuse together to give luscious, ripe berry fruits on a soft plumy palate cascading over the senses, merging with sandalwood oak and plenty of natural weight.
ROSE AND SPARKLING
14. Cabernet Sauvignon Rose, Domaine Menard
Deep rose colour, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, hints of strawberries, pleasant to the palate.
24. Malvasia Rosato Cristal, Abbazia, Italy
A fantastic sparkling rose, pink colour with a magical grape freshness and a raspberry bouquet.
CHAMPAGNE
25. Leblanc Colombier Cuvee, Celeste Brut
Light silver colour, predominantly Chardonnay with a slight biscuity bouquet, and a clean, off dry palate of vanilla and lemon zest with appealing length. This hand-crafted Champagne is both creamy in taste and texture.
26. Moet et Chandon, Brut
Pale yellow with a soft bouquet of citrus and Pinot. Fresh and dry on the palate.
